The concept of operation combines the service to transient and long term tenancy with the ambiance of staying in a hotel and a dormitory where can avail and enjoy the benefit of comfortable and secure living in the heart of the city where universities , offices and shopping malls are just around the corners.
This four storey building combines a total of 25 fully appointed and air conditioned rooms with individual amenities like toilet and bath with shower, comfortable beds and desks. All rooms are cable TV ready.
The receiving area has a lounge with a cafeteria that serves all day breakfast, lunch and dinner. A parking space is available for guests and clients of a 2 door commercial space in the ground floor.
The dormitel’s cafeteria also does catering services and a function hall is also available to cater to occasions. The function hall has a seating capacity of 100 persons, ideal for meetings, seminars, parties and other special activities.
The dormitel also does wash and dry laundry service, housekeeping and cleaning services for the long stay guests.
In the middle of the commercial and university area, the location is ideal for students and young professionals alike who seek a comfortable and safe place to stay and do business.
For businesses, the building has 2 rentable commercial spaces with parking area.
